Colm Doyle leads the App Ecosystem team at Intercom, helping developers integrate into one of the world's leading customer service platforms. Before joining Intercom, he led the Developer Advocacy team at Slack. He's also worked as a software engineer at companies like Kitman Labs and Facebook. In a minor claim to fame, at a hackathon he once helped take apart the NASDAQ opening bell to connect it to Facebook's APIs for that company's IPO.
