I’m Kwinten, born in 1994, physicist-turned-software-engineer from Ghent, Belgium. I develop backend software and infrastructure. I quite like writing things in Go and YAML, although I have worked with many languages, frameworks and technologies. I enjoy working with managed Kubernetes, Lightning Network nodes, and automating cloud infrastructure integration and deployment.
I am a founding engineer of Alby, a wallet and platform for Bitcoin Lightning Payments on the web. My main area of expertise is the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
In my free time I enjoy reading, participating in quizzes and bouldering.
