As a freelance engineering leader, I work with organisations where software development is core to the business. I take on interim management roles, serve as a scrum master, or coach existing leads — whatever the team needs to move forward.

My approach follows three steps. First, I accelerate the flow of work: clearing blockers, making work visible, and shortening feedback loops so the team delivers more reliably within weeks. Second, I build the team: aligning people to goals, coaching leads, restructuring where needed, and making sure everyone is productive and growing. Third, I find leverage: identifying what the team is uniquely good at and doubling down, so they don't just keep up — they pull ahead.
