Dries is a software engineer from Antwerp, Belgium and one of the core maintainers of Laravel where he works on the first-party open source packages. He's passionate about open source software, building communities, managing software teams and creating testable and maintainable products.
Besides working for Laravel he also organizes meetups for Full Stack Belgium in the cities of Antwerp and Ghent. And he is the co-organizer of Full Stack Europe, the international full stack conference, which takes place in the city of Antwerp.
