Food and drinks provided.
Talks
Building NativePHP for mobile - Simon Hamp https://nativephp.com/ios
A behind-the-scenes dive into the "magic" that allows us to run Laravel apps directly on mobile devices and access native features.
Asynchronously Juggling with Symfony HTTP Client - Allison Guilhem
Making HTTP requests is a common practice, but managing their responses can quickly become a performance bottleneck. In this talk, we will explore a little-known tool, the AsyncDecoratorTrait feature of the Symfony HttpClient component, which provides more flexibility in handling request responses while preserving asynchronicity. We will discuss the application contexts in which this tool is useful and its advantages and limitations, as well as how it differs from decoration at the request or response level. Are you ready to learn more about improving HTTP response management? Let's dive in.
The Art of Problem Solving - Karan Katnani
Ever find yourself diving straight into code before fully understanding the problem? We've all been there! Join us for a 20-minute chat where we'll share a better way to tackle those head-scratching coding challenges.
We'll walk through a simple but powerful approach that's helped solve real problems in projects. Through a real-world case study, we'll show how this approach beats common pitfalls like jumping to solutions too quickly or trying to solve everything at once.
