Eventy October 2025 Update

Hello there!

It's been a while since we sent out our last update in May and wanted to share all that's new in Eventy. First and foremost, it's still free and easy to get started with your own user group on Eventy. Schedule your events, message your audience, keep track of your RSVP lists, ... all the good stuff you expect from a user group management portal. And with some of the new features from below it's easier than ever to manage your user group.

Multiple user group leaders

It's now finally possible to onboard multiple user group leaders. Invite your co-organizer and promote him to a leader of your user group and they'll now be able to do almost everything a user group owner can do.

Manage members

We've launched a new dashboard in the user group settings area that allows you to manage your members. Switch owners, promote user group leaders or remove members.

Manage attendees

Additionally there's now a dashboard where you can manage event attendees as well. For now you can simple remove individual attendees from an event in here but later on we'll expand this with additional features.

See your past events

It's now possible to browse the events you've attended in the past by visiting the events overview and checking the list at the top.
